1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by Solo Logix ("Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy explains how we handle data for our mobile application, Volume Booster (the "Application").
The Application is an audio enhancement and sound utility platform designed to boost sound volume, customize frequency levels via an equalizer, adjust bass and virtualizer effects, enable 3D sound capabilities, and control left/right audio channel balancing. By using the Application, you agree to the rules and practices outlined in this Policy.
2. OUR PRIVACY PROMISE
Local Audio Processing & Customization: Your sound preferences, custom equalizer presets, volume level settings, and channel balancing configurations remain stored entirely on your local device. We do not record, transmit, or monitor your personal audio playback.
Minimal Data Processing: We only request permissions and gather anonymized data strictly necessary to run audio modulation features safely and efficiently.
User Control: You have complete control to reset your local equalizer configurations, manage app permissions, or halt data processing by uninstalling the Application.
3. DATA WE HANDLE
Automatically Collected Information
To ensure optimal app functionality and troubleshooting across different hardware configurations, certain non-personal and device-specific information is processed automatically:
The screens and features accessed within the Application, time and date of access, and duration of sessions.

On-Device Settings & Audio Configurations
Audio Preferences & Presets: Custom frequency levels (60Hz, 230Hz, 910Hz, 3KHz, 14KHz), Bass, Virtualizer, and Left/Right Balancing levels are processed strictly on-device. We do not store or upload these preferences to external servers.
Location Data: The Application does not collect or track precise location data from your mobile device.
