Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and fix system errors. The Application integrates with the following third-party service providers, which maintain their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services: Powers essential background services, app stability, and license verification.

  • AdMob: Serves non-personalized or targeted advertisements to keep the Application free. AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier (AD_ID) to measure ad performance and prevent fraud.

  • Contacts (READ_CONTACTS / WRITE_CONTACTS): Required strictly to assign unique animal and bird ringtones to specific contacts in your address book, allowing you to recognize specific callers by their custom sound.

  • Write Settings (WRITE_SETTINGS): Grants the Application permission to securely modify system configuration settings strictly to set your chosen animal sounds as your active device ringtone, default notification tone, or alarm alert.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

  • Data Erasure & Storage Reset: You can erase your local preferences and configuration history at any time by clearing the Application's cache and data through your device’s native System Settings.

  • Opt-Out Rights (Uninstallation): You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

  • Manage Permissions: You can revoke permission access (such as Contacts or System Settings modification) at any time through your device's native App Settings menu.

  • Ad Tracking Preferences: You can reset or opt out of personalized tracking ads by updating your preferences in your mobile device's system-level privacy settings.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The Application is not directed at children or individuals under the age of 18. Solo Logix does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

If we discover that an individual under the age of 18 has provided personal information through the Application, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our systems.
